The products from the farm form the foundation of the menu. We serve a selection of snacks, followed by five courses for a menu price of €95 per person.

We harvest vegetables and herbs from the garden and use Lindenhoff’s beautiful pork and Gasconne beef. Expect rich sauces, pure flavors, and open-fire preparations - unmistakably Wils.

With the menu, we serve a carefully curated wine pairing or a non-alcoholic pairing featuring house-made juices and kombuchas.

For enthusiasts, it is possible to reserve one or more bottles in advance from Wils’ wine cellar - we will bring these with us to the farm.

Upon request, we serve a vegetarian menu. In addition, we can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances, provided these are communicated in advance.

The summer restaurant is open for dinner on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from June 26 through July 25.

When making a reservation, we require a deposit equal to the menu price (€95 per person). Any additional beverage costs can be paid on location by card.

Where is the summer restaurant located?
We are guests at Boerderij Lindenhoff. Navigate to Lindenhoff Marché at: Rijksstraatweg 21, 1396 JC Baambrugge.
Is the location accessible by public transport?
The farm is located in a rural area and is therefore limited in terms of public transport access. We recommend coming by bicycle, car, or taxi.

If you do choose public transport, the nearest bus stop is Baambrugge, Postwijck, just a 4-minute walk from the farm. The last bus toward Amsterdam departs around 23:30.
What about parking?
There are generally enough free parking spaces available on the Lindenhoff premises. If the parking lot is full, parking along the roadside is also possible.
What is on the menu?
We serve a five-course menu with a selection of snacks, entirely prepared with products from Lindenhoff: vegetables and herbs straight from the garden, and meat from their own farm. The menu may vary slightly each week, depending on what the land provides us with.
Is there a drinks pairing?
Yes. We offer a wine pairing or a soft pairing with house-made juices and kombucha’s.

Another option is to reserve bottles from Wils’ wine cellar in advance; we will bring them to the farm for you. Reservations can be made via the comments in the booking widget or by emailing hello@restaurantwils.nl no later than two weeks before your reservation.

Bottles of water are provided on the table. We do not serve soft drinks or wines by the glass.
What are the prices?
The menu costs €95 per person, excluding drinks. The price for the wine pairing is €75 and for the soft pairing €50.
How does payment work?
When making a reservation, we require a deposit equal to the menu price (€95 per person). Drinks can be paid for on location. Please note: payment is only possible by debit card.
Is a vegetarian menu available?
Yes, we serve a vegetarian menu upon request. Please indicate this when completing your reservation.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?
We can accommodate a vegetarian menu, as well as gluten and lactose intolerances, provided these are communicated in advance.

What happens in case of bad weather?
There is a spacious tent on the premises, so all guests can dine dry and sheltered.

In the event of forecasted severe weather where a safe situation cannot be guaranteed, we will cancel the dinner. In that case, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Is the pop-up suitable for children?
The experience is aimed at adults. Children are welcome, but there is no children’s menu available and the full menu price applies.
Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service dogs.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the reserved time. For later cancellations, we are unfortunately unable to refund the deposit.

Is the location accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
We do our best to make the location as accessible as possible, but it remains a working farm with unpaved paths. Please contact us in advance.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We advise against wearing high heels.
