WILS AT THE FARM
This summer, we head out into the countryside.
For five weekends, we will be guests at one of our most cherished locations: Boerderij Lindenhoff in Baambrugge. Surrounded by cows, pigs, and vegetable gardens where many of our ingredients come from, we will build a summer restaurant. Overlooking the meadow, our chefs Joris Bijdendijk and Thomas Val will cook a menu entirely centered around the farm, the season, and open-fire cooking. Take a seat at long, shared tables and enjoy a unique Wils experience in the countryside.
Our restaurant in Amsterdam will remain open as usual during this period.
